Interview with Tonantzin Munguía, Operations Manager at AVANTRA

We spoke with Tona Munguia, Architect graduated from Universidad del Valle de México. He started at Avantra in June 2017 as a construction administrator and after participating indirectly in other projects, he began to grow within the company, becoming our Operations Manager.

 

 

 

 

  1. What have been the most important challenges in your professional life?

 

In my opinion, it is the balance of all the areas that we as human beings must develop (education, work, family, health, social, etc.), and I consult professional experts to obtain tools that allow me to achieve the perfect balance in my life and become a better person.

 

  1. What projects or plans do you have for the future?

 

I am passionate about growth and to achieve this, I believe that we must be in continuous learning to also be competitive in a global market; therefore I would like to do some kind of study abroad.

 

  1. Can you share a tip, habit, or advice that you follow in your professional life?

 

During our professional life, we can lose motivation and I think it is valid. When I find myself in these situations, I try to find inspiration in the successes of some professional leaders, through podcasts or documentaries that are very easy to access nowadays. In this way, I can replicate the models and improve professionally.
