  1. What have been the most important challenges in your professional life?

I have had many challenges throughout my professional life, but I think the most important ones have happened when I have stepped out of my comfort zone. It has happened to me when getting involved in logistics and distribution operations, entering the IoT world, and recently, working on a research project about sustainable transportation. It is always a challenge to learn new things and enter unknown environments, but I also consider that overcoming these challenges is what gives me the most satisfaction and what can help me grow the most.

  1. What projects or plans do you have for the future?

In the future I would like to continue working and focusing my efforts towards the decarbonization of the transportation sector and industry, raising awareness of how our actions impact the environment and empowering people to also work towards a more sustainable and just world, making people aware that there is no action too small on the road to sustainability.

  1. Can you share a tip, habit, or advice that you follow in your professional life?

A piece of advice that I have always found very inspiring is to never settle, you can always do a little more research, come up with new ideas, make new connections and look for new projects. It is not always easy but it brings good results.
