We are aware that the success of any project depends on the people who are part of it. We lead a conscious community that seeks to generate well-being. We are creators of a community of agents of change that build a better world. We live a philosophy in which the person is at the center.
OUR PROGRAM OF
As a company, our essence is to initiate and encourage the process of transforming consciences. To achieve this, the first thing we must do is to sow in each of our employees the seed that they are capable of creating a change in the world.
With this objective in mind, in 2015 we created the AGENTS OF CHANGE program, through which we reward all those members who are convinced that it is in their hands to do things differently. This program seeks that our employees are in continuous development, reading at least 3 books a year; creating a separation and recycling program in their homes; sharing knowledge in which they are experts with the rest of the members and stakeholders of the company; dedicating at least 20 hours a year to social participation and maintaining an exemplary operational and strategic performance.
The AGENTS OF CHANGE program is represented by a salmon swimming against the current, for it is only those who dare to challenge the status quo who are able to create a different future.
OUR ARBOLES (TREE) PROGRAM
In order to promote our ideals in our daily operations, in 2015 we created the program known by the acronym in Spanish ARBOL (tree), which stands for “Abierto Reconocimineto de Buenas Obras Laborales” (Open Recognition of Good Labor Practices).
Through this program, we seek that among colleagues we recognize the good deeds we perform and thus strengthen the team. Each employee can exchange the recognition he or she receives for: *free time, education hours, or make a donation to a foundation.
The collaborator who receives the ARBOL (tree) can then exchange it for free time, educational hours, or a donation to a charity of his or her choice.

WHO IS THE AVANTRA MEMBER?
The AVANTRA member is a person who does not seek external motivation because from within they know where they are going and are willing to work to achieve it. They know they are responsible for their future and work daily to be a better version of themselves.
Being in balance with the different areas of their lives, is their passion, as they recognize the importance of giving due space to their personal, spiritual, physical, family, intellectual, cultural, among others. They are distinguished for inspiring by example and for being a positive social reference. They listen attentively to others and know how to communicate assertively.
They recognize themselves as imperfect human beings, so they have no trouble being empathetic with their peers. They recognize the power within themselves to transform the world from their trench and their daily focus is to do whatever they do, with love, with the intention of delivering a quality product.
