Diana Gómez, Budget Control at AVANTRA tells us all about it!
She studied Civil Engineering at TECMM University Campus Lagos de Moreno, a year later she joined AVANTRA. Since 2018, she has gone through several positions full of challenges, learning and experiences, until she has held the position of Budgetary Control.
- What have been the most important challenges in your professional life?
At the beginning of my career, I encountered the differences that exist between men and women on construction sites and in other aspects of this profession. I have had to learn to work on my personal development and emotional intelligence to be able to cope with the situations that arise.
- What projects or plans do you have for the future?
I don’t know what will happen in the future, but what I am sure of is that I will continue to prepare myself professionally and grow in my personal life.
- Can you share a tip, habit, or advice that you follow in your professional life?
My advice to you is to never stop fighting for your dreams and always do your best. Everywhere you go, make a difference!
