Meet our HR Manager, Adrián Murillo
Graduated with a degree in Human Resources from the University of Guadalajara, he began to gather professional experience even before finishing his studies, which today has turned into more than seven years in the area of Human Resources and Organizational Development. During his professional career, he has strengthened his knowledge with various courses and diplomas, training that keeps him updated.
- What have been the most important challenges in your professional life?
I would probably agree with many of my colleagues when I say that one of the most important challenges was learning to adapt and help the AVANTRA team adopt the new and changing ways of working and coexistence that the pandemic brought with it.
- What projects or plans do you have for the future?
Currently there are several projects in my mind, however, I could not accomplish any of them without making sure I am executing a current plan that keeps me active, innovating and always up to date.
- Can you share a tip, habit or advice that you follow in your professional life?
Be grateful for everything, especially for the work you do every day, give your all in each assigned task and always think that if it goes well for the rest of the team you are in, it will go well for you too.
