The founder of Industrias Tajín tells us all about it.

It all began 28 years ago, in a small bodega in Zapopan, Jalisco. With hard work and dedication, the founder of Industrias Tajín managed to consolidate a business that brings the flavors of Mexico to every corner of the country and many others around the world.

  1. What have been the most important challenges in your professional life?

There have been many challenges during my career. Perhaps the first was to overcome the crisis of 1994, reinvent myself and start again as if it were the first day. The second was to learn to concentrate on a single company and avoid dispersion. Finally, the third has been to plan the succession properly and to establish the best way to run the company.

  1. What projects or plans do you have for the future?

My plan is to continue working and above all, to reinvent myself. Today I have a new challenge, which is about a federal deputation and learning how to combine this new task with my functions at Industrias Tajín. I want to keep two activities, Human Resources, and innovation.

  1. Can you share a tip, habit or advice that you follow in your professional life?

I am not one to give advice, but I can share with you an important tip: I think you have to learn to keep a balance between all areas of your life, i.e. family, business, friends, health, and spiritual life. I have always been motivated to become a 360° entrepreneur, but I know that this is a day-to-day task.
