Casa AVANTRA (AVANTRA House) seeks to be the first home in the world to achieve LEED, WELL, Living Building Challenge, Reli, Protek, and other certifications. This is an ambitious project through which we want to materialize our work philosophy.
To achieve these high standards and, knowing that the projects are made by the people who make them up, we have sought that the members of the team are graduates of our internal program of Agents of Change. This program was founded in 2015, with the conviction that companies should act as an educating entity, inspiring and raising awareness among their employees to be better people, with a clear interest in fulfilling our social responsibility.
In order to obtain the Agent of Change badge, several tasks must be performed that, if successfully completed, ensure a commitment to the planet and those who inhabit it. For example, the annual reading challenge, compliance with productivity indicators and quarterly goals, recycling actions at home, or community support activities, among others.
A few months after the conclusion of the second generation of Agents of Change, we can present more than one hundred hours invested, distributed in environmental care, community support, and personal and professional development. These results are highly relevant, as they promote the values that Casa AVANTRA (AVANTRA House) wishes to share with the world, and it is our priority that those who lead the project are the first to promote them.
