Our administrative director tells us all about it!

She graduated from ITESO with a degree in Civil Engineering and upon graduation, she began her professional career at AVANTRA™. Little by little she has been gathering experience and after working in several positions that filled her with challenges and satisfactions, today she holds the position of Administrative Director.

  • What have been the most important challenges in your professional life?

My biggest challenge has been developing emotional intelligence to be able to communicate effectively with all my colleagues. And another one was learning to separate my office duties from my personal life.

 

  • What projects or plans do you have for the future?

My plan for the future is to enjoy the present and plan for the future, always go for more.

 

  • Can you share a tip, habit or advice that you follow in your professional life?

My advice to you is to do your work thinking that no one could have done it better, make sure that order and control are always present, and always seek to have an answer that transmits security.
