In the midst of an exuberant wooded landscape, where natural beauty and the tranquility of the mountains combine to perfection, Tapalpa rises.
With the splendor and simplicity of its white houses with red gabled roofs, as well as the hospitality of its people, Tapalpa was named a magical town in 2002 and is the perfect location for AVANTRA’s new project. It is a house that will take the company’s values to the limit of the state of the art in terms of technology, environment, wellness, and resilience, within the framework of beauty.
The objective is to create a space that demonstrates all the possibilities that exist within sustainable architecture and engineering so that more people are encouraged to use this type of construction in their housing or industrial projects.
Under the guidance of architect Victor Legorreta, Casa AVANTRA (AVANTRA House) will put the name of Jalisco on high and will demonstrate that luxury is in excellent execution. The materials will show the Mexican identity and each of the design elements will be perfectly orchestrated and harmonized.
