This industrial building has a pre-fabricated facade, seeking to have an aesthetic, durable finish that provides good insulation to the building; solatubes to minimize electrical energy consumption for lighting; production areas 100% covered with epoxy flooring to ensure compliance with applicable standards; PCI systems, compressed air, dust collection, wastewater treatment plant, solar panels, among others.
