Letter from Zelmira Serrano, our General Director
Last August 9 and 10, 2021, AVANTRA®️ received its ISO 9001:2015 certificate renewal audit, achieving to endorse it without nonconformities. For this reason, I would like to extend my congratulations to all the collaborators who have made this result possible.
In 2015 we began the path towards implementing the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of this standard and, although it involved additional effort in the initial stages by all members, today we can see the fruits of a much more standardized company, with a clear system for dealing with non-conformities and learning from all of these to ensure our continuous improvement.
In addition to recognizing the work of the team, it seems fundamental to me to also thank our clients, who have always been open to giving us feedback for our development, as well as receiving visits from the auditors when required.
Finally, I would like to invite all readers to continue investing and betting on having better companies in our country, and one of the initial tools to implement is to have a Quality Management System. This not only ensures the satisfaction of our customers but also of all our stakeholders, while at the same time it seeks the survival of the company, which is even more relevant in the complicated times we have been going through recently.
