LETTER FROM ZELMIRA SERRANO, OUR GENERAL DIRECTOR
Undoubtedly, we all started 2021 with a lot of uncertainty and at the same time with the hope that, in this new year, we would recover some of the normality that COVID-19 took away from us. Now that we have reached the closing month of this ‘resurgence’ cycle, it seems to me that there is a lot of knowledge to be integrated in order to continue expanding in 2022.
With this ‘new reality’ that we have faced, many of us were forced to stop, listen to ourselves and dedicate time to ourselves. This came to remind us that we can only create value in the same proportion in which we invest dedication and resources to our personal growth, that is, you can only reap what you have previously sown. This may seem obvious, however, how many of us have not felt trapped in the trap of ‘doing’ or ‘having’ instead of ‘being’?
To the extent that we take responsibility for our life and our power of creation, it is to the extent that we will see our dreams and desires materialize. Likewise, to the extent that we recognize our responsibility to contribute to the society in which we live, it is to the extent that we will come closer to building the world we have envisioned.
Let’s all make a commitment in 2022 to dedicate time to what is important: to ourselves and to discover our personal purpose; to align our lives to work with intention, to love with intention and to do even the simplest tasks with intention. I wish you all the best of years, may you recognize in you the power you have been endowed with and may we continue to build consciousness to transform our reality.
