Construction of a PET recycling plant for the manufacture of rPET that can be used to create new food-grade PET containers. This plant has a block front on the lower part and sheet metal on the upper part, insulation on the roof to prevent heat from entering, and solatubes on the roof to minimize electrical energy consumption.
